Earlier today I did a country Halloween decorating board, but tonight I’m doing something a little bit more grown up.  I love me some owl-holding-a-pumpkin-and-winking cookie jars, but if I were to throw a Halloween party, I’d probably go for something a tad bit more glamorous.
